This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request is BCQ071021 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 05-16) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This is a small-business set-aside procurement under NAICS classification code:212321, and PSC code: 5680 . The small business size is standard is 500 employees. The Bureau of Land Management(BLM), Redding Field Office, Redding, CA require the following specifications as stated below: DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT BEING REQUESTED IS: The BLM intends to obtain the following type of material to lay down on the ongoing RAIL TRAIL PROJECT located within the Redding Field Office. MATERIALS NEEDED ARE AS FOLLOWS: (1) 1 1/2 inch gravel to cover approximately 2.5 miles of road/trail. The contractor will be required to deliver and unload this material to the site of the Rail Trail. PRICE PER TON $_______________________ (including delivery) (2) 3/4 inch gravel to cover approximately 2.5 miles of road/trail. The contractor will be required to deliver and unload this material to the site of the Rail Trail. PRICE PER TON $_______________________ (including delivery) Deliveries will begin upon award. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies as noted per the Synopsis/Solicitation. The Contractor is responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with the items description as noted above and to assure that all requirements and regulations pertaining to this job/product are adhered to. You must be current with your registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov.
