- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-07-T-Z004. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 325413; the Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2835; and the small business size standard is 500 . This require ment is Unrestricted. Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia, has a requirement for the following: Aptima Combo 2 Assay, Cat. No. 1032, 5 Kits per month. UNIT PRICE $__________, TOTAL CLIN $__________. Direct Tube Sampling (DTS equipment), 800 Platform to include TECAN Genisis 100 auto pipettor, CPU, and software, along with Pre Amp SB100 incubator mixer; target capture system; Hi-Count Luminator, CPU and software. UNIT PRICE $__________, TOTAL CLIN $_ _________. The delivery terms will be for all material to be delivered on or about 1 October 2007. Please include shipping and handling cost if applicable. The government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. To be delivered to: Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Bldg. 300, Rm 1L25, Fort Gordon, Georgia.
