- The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to furnish and install a vertical lift which will provide people with physical challenges access between the upper and lower public floors of the Harry S. Truman Visitor Cente r. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Scope of Work provided in the solicitation. Work shall be completed no later than 30 September 2007.
