- Description
- The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair approximately 500 LF of cold joints in the gate house operating gallery in the bottom floor of the gate house at the U.S, Army Corps of Engineers, New England Distr ict, Westville Lake, Southbridge, MA. The joints are in the concrete ceiling, walls, where walls meet and where walls meet the floor.The height of the ceiling transitions from approximately 20 to 30 above the floor. Repairs shall consist of drilling hole s directly into, or accessing each cold joint crack at a minimum depth of 12 . Polyurethane chemical grout shall then be injected into each hole. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 9 July 2007.
