- Description
- The Louisiana Army National Guard requires a firm fixed price contract for the supply and installation of gymnasium sports equipment in the Fitness Center, Building 4705, Camp Cook, Ball, Louisiana. Contractor shall provide Equipment and installation including, but not limited to Basketball Backstops with height adjusters, backboards, goals and bolt on edge padding; divider curtains, indoor seating, electrical control system, floor covering system, retractable stage, platform seating, acoustical panel s, folding mats, wall padding and overhead volleyball system. The performance time for this work is 120 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $13 million. This acquisition is being solicited as restricted to women-owned small businesses. The solicitation/specifications will be available for download on or about 2 July 2007 on the nationalguardcontracting.org website. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. Information on the Pre-Bid conference will be in the solicitation. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors outlined in the solicitation.
