- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement cons titutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is W912NR-07-T-0003, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Con tract. The contract period will be from 6 Jul 30 Sep 07 (base year) with 4 options (Option #1 = 1 Oct 07 30 Sep 08, Option #2 = 1 Oct 08 30 Sep 09, Option #3 = 1 Oct 09 30 Sep 10, Option #4 = 1 Oct 10 30 Sep 11). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-10, 20070327 Edition. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business and award will be made based on Best Value to the Gov ernment considering requirements listed below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722320 with small business standard of $6.5 million or less annual gross revenue. Interested parties are asked to bid on task order 1 below. Co ntractor will be guaranteed a minimum of $2,500 and a maximum of $100,000 a year. Description of service: Catered meals to be served at Camp Minden, Minden, LA. Contractor will be given seven days notice for firm headcount. Dates subject to change; contractor will be given 30 days notice. Offer to be firm fixed-price. Meals must be in accordance with the Louisiana Army National Guard 14-Day Menu (available per email chad.travis@us.army.mil). Meals are to be prepared off-site and delivered ready to serve. The contractor also needs to provide condiments, paper plates, utensils, and napkin s. Item 1) Twenty-five lunch meals from 8 Jul 5 Aug 2007 (total of 725 lunch meals). Item 2) Twenty-five dinner meals from 8 Jul 4 Aug 07 (total of 700 dinner meals). Item 3) Twenty-five lunch meals from 19 Aug 16 Sep 2007 (total of 725 lunch meals). Item 2) Twenty-five dinner meals from 19 Aug 16 Sep 07 (total of 700 dinner meals).
