- Support for the Iraq Ministry of Electricity (ME) to help develop, implement, and sustain an effective and extensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plan. The primary purpose of the O&M team is to coordinate with the ME to develop its O&M organization into a fully functional and effective mainstay in its daily operations while simultaneously performing effective O&M services at the ME's thermal and gas turbine power plants.
