- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, administration, and management necessary to perform all work required by this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Base wide Roofing projects at Robins AFB, GA. This is a competitive 8(a) Set-Aside procurement. The Government anticipates award of multiple firm fixed price IDIQ contracts. Task orders to be issued against the contracts will consist of roofing type projects. During the contract period, the Base Civil Engineer will identify roofing tasks required to complete each specific job and the Contracting Officer will issue idividual task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs. No Government office space will be provided. The performance period of each contract will consist of a one-year Basic Period and four one year Option Periods, followed by Alternative Option Periods; one for one-year duration and one for five-years duration. For this procurement, it has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) eligible construction firms within Region IV. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The guaranteed minimum contract amount will be $10,000.00 for each contract, and the combined aggregate maximum amount will be no more that $30,000,000.00. Individual task orders will vary in size with a minimum of $1,000.00 and a maximum task order of $1,000,000.00. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238160 with a Size Standard of $13M. Contract award will be based on best value, using performance-price trade-off (PPT) procedures. The official copy of the solicitation will not be provided on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is 09 Jul 2007, with an estimated 45 calendar day response period.
