- DESC: Synopsis: This is a firm fixed-price contract for the purchase of Computer Upgrade Kits, NSN: 4920-K3-316-843A, applicable to B-1B Intermediate Automatic Test Equipment (IATE). The purchase is for a basic quantity of 5 each. Delivery of basic is 5 months after contract award.
