- The 78 Contracting Squadron at Robins AFB, GA, intends to award a contract for Vehicle Operations and Maintenance and Analysis Services. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, fuel, vehicles, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) and supervision necessary to perform Vehicle Operations and Maintenance and Analysis Services at Robins AFB, Georgia in accordance with standards established by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the United States Air Force (USAF), and the Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Robins AFB. A firm-fixed price contract for one (1) basic year and nine (9) one-year option periods is contemplated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811111 with a small business size standard of $6,500,000.00. The successful contractor will be selected using Price Performance Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, representing the best value to the Government. A formal Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 20 Jul 07 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments.
