- Description
- The 27th Contracting Squadron, 511 N Torch Blvd., Bldg 300, Cannon AFB, NM 88103 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for Refuse Collection and Recycling Services for Cannon Air Force Base. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price type contract with a base period of performance 01 Oct 07 through 30 Sep 08 with four 1-year option periods for a total performance period of 60 months. This is a 100% set-aside for HubZone small-business. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 56211, with a small-business standard size of $11.5 million dollars. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. This will be a paperless acquisition. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued but the solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) without further notice on or about 27 Jun 2007. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. The estimated proposal due date is 25 Jul 2007 with a tentative site visit scheduled for 7 July 2004. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a Government Contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database will render firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
