- The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System, Dallas, TX has a requirement for total electric utility service (transmission, distribution, and delivery). Delivery site include the main facility located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX, 75216. The successful offeror will supply this electric service for a period of 10, 11 or 12 months beginning on or about October 1, 2007. Offerors are required to have certification by Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Texas as a Retail Electrical Provider (REP). Offerors submitting proposals will be advised of the exact date and time to provide pricing for a 10, 11, and 12 month period in accordance with the solicitation. Request for Proposal VA257-07-RP-0013 will be issued approximately the week of July 9, 2007. Proposal are due approximately July 25, 2007@2:00 P.M. CST. Potential offerors shall submit proposal to address located in block 9 of the SF 1449 of the solicitation or e-mail copy of proposal to brian.delaney@va.gov.
