- The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System, Bonham, TX has a requirement for total electric utility service (transmission, distribution, and delivery). Delivery site include the main facility located at 1201 E 9th Street, Bonham, Texas 75418. The successful offeror will supply this electric service for a period of 12, 24, or 36 months beginning on or about October 1, 2007. Offerors are required to have certification by Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Texas as a Retail Electrical Provider (REP). Offerors submitting proposals will be advised of the exact date and time to provide pricing for a 12, 24, and 36 month period in accordance with the solicitation. Request for Proposal VA257-07-RP-0029 will be issued approximately the week of July 9, 2007. Proposal will be Due approximately July 25, 2007@2:00 P.M. CST. Potential offerors shall submit proposal to address located in block 9 of the SF 1449 of the solicitation or e-mail copy of proposal to brian.delaney@va.gov.
