Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Privatized Corrections Contracting (PCC), Washington, D.C. intends to issue solicitation RFQ-TDAT-013-7, for the requirement of community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services. The facility must be within a five-mile radius of the Residential Re-entry Center, located at 2041 Mercy Dr., Orlando, Florida 32808. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, requirements contract. The government will award to the responsible offeror whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, is considered most advantageous to the government with price and technical requirements considered. Technical requirements will be rated on a pass or fail basis. The services shall be in accordance with the FBOP?s Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated June 2006. This solicitation will be made available on or about May 1, 2007 and will be posted on the General Services Administration?s website for Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizzOpps) at http://www.fedbizzopps.gov. Future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through FedBizzOpps. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure they have the most current information about this solicitation. The estimated closing date for the solicitation is on or about June 11, 2007. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. Each offer is required per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)52.212-3 to complete Representations and Certifications via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations submitting quotes will be equally considered (Aug 2005).
