- This solicitation is currently projected for a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will provide the final set-aside determination This project involves the re-roof of twenty-five buildings on multiple sites in Monterey, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties all located on the Los Padres National Forest. The Government estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 NAICS 238160 SBA size standard $13.0 million. Estimated start date is September 24, 2007. Estimated contract time is 245 calendar days. Contractors must be registered with Central Contactors Registry BEFORE an award can be made. Registration can be done line @http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also have a DUNS number in order to register with CCR. You may obtain a DUNS number by called 1-866-705-5711. OFFERS ARE DUE BY 12:00 NOON, PST, AUGUST 9, 2007.
