Description
NSN: 1620013417295, IQC: 07145009012. Item: Heat Exchanger, Air in accordance with TAT Technologies, CAGE S4883, part number 8140-1. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=6 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=6, O=6 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=48, O=48 / Estimated annual quantity: B=24, O=24. The requested delivery schedule is 140 days after receipt of order. This procurement is unrestricted and this item is sole source to TAT Technologies, CAGE S4883. FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance point will be at Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Configuration Control applies to this NSN. This item is a Critical Application Item. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 18 each. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 3 each - 30 Days ARO / 3 each - 60 Days ARO / 3 each - 90 Days ARO / 3 each - 120 Days ARO / 3 each - 150 Days ARO / 3 each - 180 Days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
