Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number NTSB-Q-07-0047 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 effective June 14, 2007. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334519, "Other Measuring and Controlling Advice Manufacturing". The small business size standard of this NAICS code is no greater than 500 employees. The NTSB requires one system that can read NAND solid-state flash memory devices.
