- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego (FISCSD) Seal Beach Division intends to negotiate and award a contract to Base-X, Inc. for the acquisition of eighty six (86) hygiene shower kits, diesel water heating system, hygiene water distribution kit and 3 gang sinks to use with the existing hygiene shower systems. The items are the NCF? Table of Allowance and must interoperable and compatible with existing systems. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Interested source may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government in future requirements Response to this notice not required.
