- The requirement is for mess attendant support services at Naval Air Station Lemoore Main Galley building 860, Operations Galley building 10 and Hospital Galley building 937. Services include staffing serving line during meal periods, cashier services, preparing vegetables and fruits for salad bars, sanitation and housekeeping, scullery machine operation, waste management and other food service related tasks. The requirement will be for a base year with four one-year options, commencing 1 October 2007. The resulting contract will be a fixed price contract. FOB Destination. The solicitation is restricted to small business, Hubzone under Standard Industrial Code 5812 with a small business size standard of $19 million. NAICS Code is 722310. See Numbered Note 1.
