Description: This procurement is a request for quotations (RFQ) for a new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Janitorial and Meal Preparation Services for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, Louisville, Kentucky. Services are to be performed on two (2) floating fleet vessels based from Louisville Repair Station, 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, Kentucky; but will travel to various locations along the river as specified in the solicitation. Transportation and lodging c osts to and from each location will not be provided by the Government. All equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials will be provided by the Government. Site visit can be arranged by calling Becky Zurschmiede at 502-778-6611. NOTE: This procurement i s 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 451720. The size standard is $15,000,000. Award of this procurement will be based on the Best Value to the Government in accordance with the following criteria: Past Performance, Prior Experience, a nd Price. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for four (4) additional one year periods. This RFQ has an approximate issue date is 28 June 2007, and approximate due date for proposals is 17 July 2007 by 2:00 p.m. Louisville Time. Proj ect documents will be web only.
