- This is a combined Synopsis and Solicitation for the following commercial items: The contractor shall supply gymnastics flooring and equipment to Vandenberg AFB, CA. The specifications and quantities are as follows: American Athletic, Inc.(AAI) UTB-844 Uneven Bars # 407-080 1 EA, AAI Single Bar Trainer Women?s #407-450 1 EA, AAI LZT Vault Board #407-233 1 EA, AAI LZT Vault Table #407-544 1 EA, AAI American Elite Artistic Floor Exercise System 45? square #432-480 (must be a fiberglass coated spring board olympic grade floor). Please quote brand name OR EQUAL. If quoting an equal item quote must include the product number and manufacturer?s name along with item specifications. This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D3F87130A001. Submit written offers. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16 and DFARS Change Notice 20070327. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423910, Small business size standard ? 100 employees applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for Delivery to Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437, exact building number will be determined at the time of award.
