- Purchase 1 each MTS 1000 Hz Fatigue Test Machine w/grips and environmental chamber for the Air Force Research Lab/MLSC, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. NAICS Code is 334519. Size Standard is 500 people. This is a Sole Source procurement. Synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and FAR 6-302-1(2). The proposed source is MTS Systems Corp., Eden Prairie, MN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice.
