- Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a labor hour type contract with The Structure Group, 98 Main Street, Suite 300, Tiburon, CA under the authority of FAR 13.501 for on-site support of SNR???s effort to make market redesign changes to SNR???s settlement software. The Structure Group has technical expertise and knowledge of SNR???s internal business systems, system integrations, and SNR???s energy market to be able to meet extremely constrained time frames for implementing the market redesign upgrade. This action is not a request for proposals. However, all interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to satisfy the government's requirement and may submit a written proposal containing a sufficient qualification statement and documentation to demonstrate the capabilities and services offered by e-mail to phendree@wapa.gov or by fax to 916-985-1933. SNR intends to pursue a labor hour contract on a sole source basis with The Structure Group.
