- Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a labor hour type contract with Advanced IT Solutions Inc., 2220 Geary St., West Sacramento, CA under the authority of FAR 13.501 for on-site integration support of SNR???s power billing system and related business systems. Advanced IT Solutions has the specific knowledge of SNR???s power billing system, related business rules, and SNR???s existing architecture. This action is not a request for quote/proposals. However, all interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to satisfy the government's requirement and may submit a written proposal containing a sufficient qualification statement and documentation to demonstrate the capabilities and services offered by e-mail to phendree@wapa.gov or by fax to 916-985-1933. SNR intends to pursue a labor hour contract on a sole source basis with Advanced IT Solutions.
