- DESCRIPTION: PR#: 0013981277, NSN: 5962-01-154-2894. Approved source(s): RAYTHEON (K5533); P/N HBM338; Microcircuit, linear. The requirement is for 62 each to be delivered to DDSP, New Cumberland, PA 17071-5001 within 250 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 20 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of July 6, 2007 and a closing date of August 6, 2007. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Various increments solicited: from 31 each to 47 each; from 48 each to 64 each; from 65 each to 81 each; from 82 each to 99 each. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
