Description

The Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to efficiently and safely operate and maintain the facilities, equipment, and systems at NRC's two office buildings located in Rockville, Maryland. The period of eprformance will be for one-year with four one-year option peirods. A firm fixed price contract with cost reimbursement provisions is contemplated. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $12 million in annual revenues. This is a total small business set-aside. Therefore, only small businesses may submit offers. A solicitation is expected to be available on April 21, 2003. The closing date will be 45 days after the solicitation is issued.
