- The solicitation and all amendments will be posted via the FedBizzOpps.gov website at: http://www.fedbizzopps.gov The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a Requirements type contract in which firm fixed price and time and materials delivery orders will be issued for timely, superior audio-visual engineering services, maintenance support, material and equipment in support of the Special Services Division mission support requirements. Which requires providing 24/7 maintenance support and frequently requires contractor staff to respond to multiple locations simultaneously in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. A top secret facility clearance is required, as well as qualified personnel that posses Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances to access these multiple locations and worksites. This requirement involves two specific but separate aspects. The first is audio-visual presentations, including video conferencing, briefing, training, collaborative work environments, etc.). The second involves video productions engineering, design, installation, maintenance, operations augmentation, etc. The requirement will be for one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
