- (The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue a Sole Source, Time and Material (T&M) request for proposal to Hawker Beechcraft Coporation, 9707 E. Central, Wichita, KS 67206 for engineering support services to support T-34, T-44, T-6, and C-12 aircraft platforms. Engineering support services will assist the inspections/modifications, engineering investigations, fatigue appraisal, and structural tracking (FAST) service life tracking of assests. Note 22: It is anticipated that award will be made under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
