- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for annual medical maintenance of two (2) Government-owned System 1 Heart-Lung Bypass Units. This requirement is for a period of perfor mance from 25 September 2007 through 24 September 2008 (Base & Four Option Periods). Required services include but are not limited to (1) Labor, parts, material, and travel necessary to maintain the listed equipment in accordance with MFG specifications, ( 2) Two (2) Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits every 12 months, (3) Providing and installing mandatory hardware & software upgrades (4) Troubleshooting assistance by telephonic support as requested 24 hours per day. The North American Industry Classificatio n System (NAICS) code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) a nd the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on or about 22 June 2007.
