Description: The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range intends to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, the purchase of DSPEC-jr-2.0 spectrometer with MAESTRO-32 software to Advanced Measurement Technology Inc, located at 801 S. Ill inois AVE, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. This will upgrade and provide replacement parts for an existing system currently in use at White Sands Missile Range. This is not a request for proposals.
