- ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Johnson Controls, Inc. for the purchase of supplying a maintenance/Metasys network and facilities proprietary JCI N2 system contract for a Ft. Knox Commu nity School at Fort Knox, KY. This contract will include maintenance/installation for HVAC DDC Controls at Kingsolver School. This system will be linked with DDC controls and programming controller devices at all Ft. Knox Schools. These devices will includ e power monitoring applications to include the Johnson Controller devices for each of the units located in school. The JCI Metasys system will be linked with all schools and must maintain system integrity. These functions will be serviced by Johnson Contro ls, Inc.
