- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with NIDA Corporation for the purchase of specialized SSB and Digital Telephone circuit cards. These cards are utilized as part of the Electronic Maintenance Training Program and must meet the curriculum specifications of the training program. Any deviation from the current product would require a change in the course design and delay training. The authority for this non-competitive award is Section 6302-1 of t he Federal Acquisition Regulation. Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the required item. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation i s available; therefore, request for such documents will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Inquiries must be in writing. All ques tions should be directed to Marcia Fultz, Contract Specialist, marcia.fultz@us.army.mil. Response due date 22 June 2007. If no affirmative responses are received by 2:00 pm on 22 June 2007, the Contracting officer will proceed to issue a contract to NIDA Corporation. The NAICS code is 334515
