Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor shal l provide labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and permits required for the removal and disposal of scrap rubber tires, and rubber tires on rims, from the Solid Waste, Recycle and Pollution Prevention Center, Building 1209, Fort Eustis, VA. The contractor shall dispose of the tires at an off post location in accordance with Federal, state and local laws and environmental rules and regulations. The period of performance is for a base period (1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008) and four, one -year option periods. NAICS is 562111.
