- This revised DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) with attachments is issued for industry and government comments. This DRAFT PWS is for an A-76 Standard Competition for Public Works and Logistics services at Yakima Training Center, WA. The Servi ce Provider shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform the following functions: Logistics Supply and Services, Logistics Maintenance Services, Transportation Services, Planning, Training, Mo bilization Services, Customer Support Services, and Facility Operations and Maintenance Services. Services will be performed at Yakima Training Center, WA. We are seeking industry/government comments to assist in developing a final PWS for formal solicit ation purposes. Comments shall be submitted, in writing, to Sandi Harris (sandi.harris@us.army.mil) on or before 10 July 2007, 4:00pm Eastern Daylight savings time. Comments shall be submitted in writing, via e-mail. No paper or telephonic responses wil l be accepted. REMINDER: This is only a DRAFT PWS.
