- This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract under statutory 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 6th Contracting Squadron intends to make an award to Right Answers, Inc, 67 Walnut Avenue, Suite 210, Clark, NJ 07066. Right Answers is the sole proprietor of this product. United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Network Operation Center (NOC) uses Right Answers for accessing technical IT support resources to find solutions to common network problems. Right Answers offers a portal functionality that is comprised of an intuitive user interface that improves the accessibility and effectiveness by enabling support analysts to quickly search for documented solutions contained within the knowledge base. This award will be for base year plus two option years. United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Networks Operation Center (NOC) uses Right Answers for accessing technical IT support resources to find solutions to common network problems. USCENTCOM requires the continual support provided be Right Answers. Right Answers offers a portal functionality that is comprised of an intuitive user interface that improves the accessibility and effectiveness by enabling support analysts to quickly search for documented solutions contained within the knowledge base. Right Answers offers a self service center that enables the end users to find answers to common technical support issues and company specific information through a web based interface, thus improving productivity and effectiveness. The current Right Answers system is less than the cost ($7.2K) of renewing the licenses for the Right Answers system is less than the cost of purchasing an entirely new system.
