- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for an Aircraft Test Stand in support of various USAF Aircraft Auxiliary Power Units (APU), Secondary Power Systems (SPS) and Ground Power Units (GPU). This acquisition is for NSN: 4920-00-476-2230, P/N: 281150-1. The Aircraft Test Stand is a mobile, self-contained unit used for functional testing, checkout and trouble shooting of liquid fuel powered turbine equipment. Overall dimensions: Wheel Base: 104.5", Track: 60.0", Overall Length: 156.0", Overall Height: 83.5". This requirement is sole or limited source to: Honeywell International, 111 South 34th Street, Phoenix, AZ. 85034, CAGE: 99193. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The basic requirement is for a quantity of 3 EA. All assets will be shipped FOB Destination to FE6191 and FE2823. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 19 June 2007 with response due 15 days after solicitation issue date. Delivery is 210 days ARO contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
