- All offers are due on 29 June 2007 at 1400 (PST). Below is a list of questions presented by an interested party. 1. Since the solicitation does not require a contractor supplied facility, it is presumed that the government will provide suitable workspace. Is that correct? NO 2. The solicitation does not provide any data for workload. Can the government indicate the average number of maintenance actions required per year or month for each of the types of radio equipment. Portable Motorola 61 EF Johnson 112 Mobiles Motorola 4 EF Johnson 3 Consolettes 3 Reomote Consoles 2 3. Will the government identify the number of Remote Consolettes covered? Yes, 10 Motorolas 4. Although the solicitation does identify the types of radios, it does not provide a quantity for each radio type and model. Can the government provide that data? There is no indication of the current state of this equipment. Is it all currently operable or does it need complete overhaul? Currently operable/ coming off warranty in August 07 6. Without good, reliable past maintenance data, there is no good way to accurately assess the requirement and provide to the government a quotation that is fair and reasonable. Absent that type of data, would the government entertain a time and material contract in lieu of FFP per month? NO 7. Is there currently an incumbent doing this work? Yes 8. We note that you are located in Beale AFB, CA but the solicitation does not indicate a place of performance. Is it correct to assume the place of performance is Beale AFB. NO 9. In lieu of the fact that the solicitation indicated a 2;00 p.m. PST, Wednesday, July 20, 2007, deadline, will the government provide answers to the above questions and soon as possible?
