The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region intends to award a contract to establish an Avaya G3I SCC Private Exchange (PBX) Communications System with Voice Messaging at the new FAA ACO/AEG/CSTA office is located at 1601 East Valley Road, Renton, WA. In addition, the scope includes integration of the new PBX with an existing CAS system located at the FAA Northwest Mountain Regional Office located at 1601 Lind Ave SW, Renton, WA. It is required that Avaya personnel shall perform the PBX Communication System Installation, CAS system integration, and project management. The PBX shall be cutover and fully operational October 30, 2007. The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price. Award selection shall be made based on Best Value to the FAA. This procurement is being solicited under full and open competition. The solicitation and any amendments are only available on-line at http://faaco.faa.gov/. Responses are due by July 23, 2007 at 4:00pm Pacific Daylight Time.
