- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ-50401-0058-07, for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - 4th Quarter FY07. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin JULY 2007 through SEPTEMBER 2007, (with exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Prison Camp, 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77805. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about JUNE 22, 2007, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is JULY 9, 2007. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) if the total amount awarded exceeds $30,000.00, otherwise payment will be made using the Government Purchase Card. All offerors must be registered in CCR under the advertised NAICS code in the solicitation. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
