- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/Program Support Center (PSC)/Strategic Acquisition Services (SAS) Division of Acquisition Management (DAM) will be issuing a Solicitation for the Administration for Native Americans (ANA), a program office under the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF). The Solicitation will be for an 8(a) Contractor to provide for On-site Program Support Services for the following areas: 1) Administration and management of data associated with grant applications, grantees, training and technical assistance, and program performance activities; 2) Analysis of the ACF/ANA Information Technology (IT) environment. Provide recommendations for ANA IT improvements and solutions to manual or inefficient operations; 3) Recommendations to modify upgrade or maintain current and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions to support the management of grant monitoring and technical assistance operations; 4) Physical and electronic grant application acceptance, paneling, processing, and maintenance of application files; 5) Administrative, consultative, and professional services to meet the legislative mandate of ANA. Under this competitive Solicitation, the Government will award a cost reimbursement contract with one base year and three option years, for non-personal services, to an 8(a) Contractor under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code Number 541611. The solicitation document will be posted no sooner than 15 days from the appearance of this pre-solicitation notice.
