- This requirement is being procured in accordance with RAF Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The office of NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) located in Seattle, WA intends to acquire service under the authority of 41 USC 234 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source. The known source is the University of Idaho. The University of Idaho will assist NMFS in lingcod research and in scaling up laboratory culture efforts by: 1) assisting in development and testing of microparticulate and weaning diets for lingcod larvae and juveniles; 2) assisting in the development of methods to reduce "wall-nosing: and improve feeding in lingcod reared in intensive tank system. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000 All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. All vendors doing business with the Government are now required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). NO award can be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR.
