- USDA-Natural Resources Conserveration Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Newton County, Texas. This solicitation replaced the canceled project, AG-7442-S-07-0009. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentials requried for site preparation, fabrication and installation of timeber headwalls at two different locations in Newton County, per the specifications and drawings.
