- Description
- 3.1 High Level Technical Requirements In addition to meeting the salient characteristics of the TSA 3000 Search Appliance the brand name or equal product shall meet or exceed the following requirements: a) The search appliance shall be comprised of fully contained software and hardware and shall be capable of being plugged into the existing ADO infrastructure which extends to selected court units within the United States. b) The search application shall have the capacity to handle at least 3 million documents, and shall be able to use the information taxonomy and information relavancy rules established by the Thunderstone 1000 Search Appliance. 3.2 Service/Maintenance Requirements: a) The vendor shall be capable of providing system support via phone, e-mail and online. b) The product must be provided and maintained by one product/service provider which has experience in the operational and maintenance aspects of search applications.
