Description
This amendment is issued to change the title of the solicitation from Armor School Training Brigade Complex & IET Headquarters Complex, Ft. Benning, Georgia to Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for General Construction in Georgia and South C arolina. The Armor School Training Brigade Complex & IET Headquarters Complex, Ft. Benning, GA project will be the Sample Task Order that will be used in the evaluation of PHASE II and the first task order of one of the contracts that will be awarded. The anticipated cost range for the contract is $250,000,000 to $500,000,000 for three years. The anticipated cost range for the sample task order is $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. The subject solicitation also being changed from a single award to MATOC (Multiple Award Task Order Contract). The pool size (number of contracts that may be awarded) is anticipated to range from 3-4 contractors. The pool of contractors which successfull y receive an award will share a program capacity of approximately $350M. Task orders issued under this MATOC will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors for this solicitation also have been changed to the following: The following evaluation factors for Phase I Factor 1-1 Corporate Relevant Specialized Experience, Factor 1-2 Past Performance, and Factor 1-3 Technical Approach Narrative. The following evaluation factors for Phase II Factor 2-1: Building Function and Aesthetics, Factor 2-2: Building Systems, Factor 2-3: Site Design, Factor 2-4: Sustainable Design Considerations, and Factor 2-5: Management Effectiveness NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JAN-2007).
