- The Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) OCPO, Northern (Philadelphia) Field Contracting Operations, Philadelphia Operations Branch intends to procure closing agent services for Southern New Jersey; the performance period is one year with options for three additional years. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available on or after May 15, 2007. All interested parties should submit a written request for the RFP to one of the following three ways: mail to the above address, facsimile request to Donna Crowley at (215) 656-3453; or via e-mail to Donna_Crowley@hud.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities on its Internet Home Page Contracting Opportunities site at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential offerors who download copies of solicitations from HUD's web site will NOT automatically receive any amendments to those solicitations. You are advised to check back frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to solicitations you may have obtained. All amendments will be posted on, and may be downloaded from HUD's Contracting Opportunities site.
