- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In Broward County, FL REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing first class office and specialized space consisting of approximately 7200 contiguous square feet of rentable space. The rentable space shall yield 6600 BOMA Office area contiguous square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The requirement also includes the need for fifteen (15) reserved and secure parking spaces on-site or adjacent to the building. Area of consideration: NORTH of I-595 EAST of Sawgrass Expressway SOUTH of Sawgrass Expressway WEST of University Drive Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Building name, address, associated literature with floor plans -BOMA Office Area s.f. and rate per BOMA Office Area s.f. -Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. Proof of ownership is required prior to award.
