- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services needed to produce a fully developed design and install a variable frequency drive on one of the existing chilled water pump motors. If the existing motor is not compatible with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), then the contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services needed to provide a motor that is compatible with the designed variable frequency drive system. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for these services. The estimate cost range is between $200,000. and 400,000. This Request For Proposal (RFP) is for full and open competition. The NACI Code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on/about July 3, 2007, and the due date will be on/about August 02, 2007.
