- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Winchester, Virginia. Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 62,821 Usable Square Feet of office space and 38,448 Usable Square Feet of warehouse space. The Government presently occupies 101,269 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and Warehouse space at 188 Brooke Road, Winchester, Virginia. The Government has a continuing need for space and will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the existing location, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. Delineated Area: The delineated area for this project is: North - Bound by Route 11 East - Bound by Interstate 81 South - Bound by Route 50 West/Northwest - Route 37 Lease Term/Occupancy: Eighteen month lease term, six months firm with termination rights. Space must be ready for occupancy by September 27, 2007. Expression of interest shall be submitted no later than June 29, 2007 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
