- ***This synopsis is revised. The anticipated issue date is revised to on or about 9 July 2007 and the anticipated closing date is on or about 31 July 2007. All other information remains the same.*** Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to procure for Disposal/Recycling of R-134A Refrigerant & Cylinders. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562211 and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million dollars. Place of performance is the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Bremerton, WA 98314. This procurement will be awarded using the Commercial, Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 and 13.5. Resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for a Base year of performance plus four (4) one-year option periods. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Naval Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web site at https://www.neco.navy.mil. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or about 9 July 2007, with offers due on or about 31 July 2007. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals or quotes may render your proposal or quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
