OCS personnel will occupy one wing at a time vice all six wings of the building requiring door replacement. Ball park number possibly 3 doors per delivery is acceptable. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: . Vendor shall provide fire rated hardware 2-3/4 in backset passage lockset with latching ability, 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 in leaf mortise hinges and all hardware shall be either satin aluminum, or dull chrome finish NOTE: ALL NEW DOORS AND HARDWARE SHALL BE FITTED TO THE EXISTING STEEL DOOR FRAME AT THE JOBSITE. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT VENDORS MAKE THE SITE VISIT TO VERIFY FIELD CONDITIONS. DOORS NOT FITTING THE OPENINGS WILL BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR RE-IMBURSEMENT TO THE GOV?T. CONDITION OF PURCHASE: Vendor shall make site visit to verify field conditions and field measurements. Note some door frames had differing measurements widthwise (top-center-bottom) of +/-1/8?. VENDOR SHALL ALSO DELIVER ALL DOORS AND HARDWARE TO JOBSITE AND MARK EACH DOOR ACCORDING TO THE OPENINGS OR ROOM NUMBERS. ALSO ATTACHED SHALL BE CUT SHEETS FROM THE INTERNET DEPICTING PRICES OF FIRE RATED DOORS, LOCKSET, HINGE HARDWARE AND VENT LOUVER GRILLES THAT ARE ALL FIRE RATED OR FIRE APPROVED HARDWARE..
